I have recently completed my level 3 management course with Lorraine. I would like to express my gratitude to Lorraine for her friendly and professional service she provided me with during my time. Lorraine delivered the course content excellently, and was able to identify my learning style meaning that I was fully aware of the tasks I had to do. I would recommend my company to use Microcom again.

I completed a Modern Apprenticeship in Management during my time as a Resource Assistant at First Direct. Completing the apprenticeship helped me gain valuable knowledge and enabled me to develop in my role and up-skill on aspects of the Resource Co-ordinator role, as well as learning general management theory. Areas of the coursework encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and take on tasks over and above my daily duties. Each module required me to collect evidence and demonstrate what I had learned throughout that module. Since completing the Apprenticeship I have found it very useful in my daily job and when preparing for my interview for the Recruitment Consultant. As each module required a structured piece of evidence I was able to use this to compile my examples for the interview.

At Menzies Distribution we take the development of staff very seriously, indeed it is one of our core values. Microcom has been invaluable in helping us provide staff with opportunities to learn new skills and put them into practice. Feedback from the staff has been positive throughout and the Microcom Assessor is like part of our team here providing support and advice for our learners.
