I have recently completed my Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Admin with Amy. Amy was fantastic and helped me all the way through. She was very encouraging and always happy to answer my emails if I needed any help. She made me feel at ease and was always happy to help me. Amy always spent a lot of time explaining tasks to me to make sure I knew exactly what I had to before the next visit. Thanks for everything Amy and I would highly recommend Microcom Training!
I recently completed my Digital Marketing Diploma with Paul. I couldn’t have been any happier with how things went. Paul was extremely helpful no matter how many silly or important questions I asked! A lot of hard work and time went into successfully completing my diploma but I enjoyed all of it and even completed it ahead of schedule thanks to Paul! Would really recommended Microcom as a training provider. Thanks to my diploma I can now successfully continue down my chosen career path!
A few months ago, I enrolled onto a Diploma in Digital Marketing with Microcom Training. While doing this qualification I have developed my Social Media Skills in a very short time. I now better understand the rules and regulations that are in place when I am posting on social media, and this ensures we are not misleading our customers. I am also more aware of how to put effective posts onto Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc. that get more views and likes and this helps us to get more business and helps the company to grow. By the time I have finished my qualification I hope to be able to use my new skills and knowledge to lead strong advertising campaigns.
A journey that started a year ago with both of them completing their Modern Apprenticeship modules in Retailing with Microcom assistance has culminated in both securing permanent management positions within my store at Glasgow Fort. The support and encouragement shown by your staff, their own dedication and hard work has realised 2 success stories and been an inspiration to others to take the same path. Both of these employees ‘started on the floor’ and to see them progress to a management position has been a real thrill for me personally. It has been recognised at an area level that David’s progress, in particular, has been examplar and all future candidates would benefit from a similar structured career programme.
Microcom training is amazing! I have now completed my Business and Administration qualification. My assessor has been amazing and I could not have completed this without her. I would highly recommend Microcom training as they offer excellent services and they help young people gain confidence when being in the workplace.
