• Adding new plan details onto Intelliflo including fees and commissions, keeping the system up to date with client details
• Entering client fact find information onto the Intelliflo system
• Chasing up advisers for any outstanding requirements/documents and speaking to clients about their plans/mortgage
• Creating withdrawals for clients and moving monies from investment to ISA on the appropriate investment platforms
• Completing and providing a monthly admin report to the Directors which includes KPI information for each adviser
• Completing suitability reports using templates from Three Sixty
• Keeping the new business register up to date
• Dealing with anything required to rectify file checks or chasing adviser to do this if required
• Inputting cash receipts and matching with statements on Intelliflo
• Inputting manual statements onto Intelliflo for any company that doesn’t provide electronic statements

    The role will involve picking orders including a selection of tools, site equipment and protective clothing for customer orders. Also there will be training in sign-making which involves creating signs using Signlab pro, Corel Draw, printing signs onto vinyl and rigid plastic and attaching to signs. Training will be provided in all aspects but a knowledge of PC drawing programmes would be an advantage.

    Working as a Customer Service Advisor you’ll answer calls from our customers and take the hassle out of banking for them. Our customers call us for all sorts of reasons and tell us they want their requests dealing with speed, certainty and empathy, so these are key skills we look for. It could be anything from helping them pay everyday bills to saving for something special. Taking a genuine interest by building rapport and asking open questions is what our customers look for.

    This is a full time role. Banking and Contact Centre experience are not essential. What we’re really interested in is a genuine passion for going above-and-beyond for our customers. Everything else we can teach you!

    What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
