I have just completed my Modern Apprenticeship in Financial Services while working at First Direct. I found the process really simple and clear. If I had any questions about any of the tasks Nicola would be more than happy to help me. I feel much more confident now I have this qualification as I feel I now have a better understanding of the Financial Industry. I feel it has changed my view on a lot of different aspects i.e. business & financial platforms. I would really encourage everyone to do this as it is so simple to do and really interesting and this is a qualification I have now going forward.
