Skill Level: Advanced

This qualification is for candidates who work as trainers, facilitators, mentors, tutors, coaches, instructors or anyone with a training responsibility as part of their job role. In this qualification candidates will develop skills in a range of areas such as identifying learning and development needs, developing and preparing resources and assessing workplace competence. The mandatory units cover planning and preparing specific learning and development activities, supporting learners in the learning and development process, developing and maintaining own skills. There are a wide range of optional units that can be used to tailor the qualification to meet the needs of both the employer and employee.
