Skill Level: Advanced

This qualification is for candidates working within the retail industry who have more experience, are in a role with more responsibility or have been identified as individuals with the potential to progress within the organisation. In this qualification candidates will develop skills in a range of areas such as:

• sales
• demonstrating products
• sourcing goods
• visual merchandising
• leadership
• stock management.

The mandatory unit involves working effectively in your retail organisation. There are a wide range of optional units that can be selected to tailor the qualification to meet the needs of both the employer and employee.

Funding Available

This qualification is part of the Modern Apprenticeship Programme therefore may be funded by SDS (Skills Development Scotland) but exam and membership fees do apply.
