First Direct bank are extremely happy with our working relationship with Microcom Training as we have now been using them for over 10 years. We currently offer Management and Providing Financial Services Modern Apprenticeships to our staff. We have had fantastic support from our assessors over the years and are kept very well informed with the progress of each learner.
