I can confirm that Aegon currently use Microcom Training to deliver our Modern Apprenticeship programme, Approximately 70 employees are about to undertake a variety of qualifications including Administration, Customer Service, Providing Financial Services and Management. We anticipate this to continue into the new financial year and anticipate that around 50 future employees will go through one of the qualification frameworks currently utilised by Aegon. We will continue to use Microcom Training as a partner to deliver our Modern Apprenticeship programme.
