Skill Level: Higher

This qualification is for candidates who work as department heads, operations managers and deployment managers. In this qualification candidates will develop skills in a range of areas such as:

planning and implementing change
leading meetings to achieve objectives
managing use of financial resources
developing and implementing business strategy.

The mandatory units cover developing operational plans, providing leadership in your area of responsibility, developing and sustaining productive working relationships with stakeholders and managing business processes. There are a wide range of optional units that can be selected to tailor the qualification to meet the needs of both the employer and employee.

Funding Available

This qualification is part of the Modern Apprenticeship Programme therefore may be funded by SDS (Skills Development Scotland).
